CHA provides On-Site Biometric Screenings, Flu Vaccination Programs, Health and Wellness Educational Seminars and Mental Health Assessments to increase health, reduce turnover and increase productivity of their employees.
CHA will be the best provider of a solution-based Wellness Program in California. We will serve large and small businesses, hoping to serve and educate all types of people (from the CEO to the entry-level employee) to live a healthy lifestyle.

CHA values consistency in the services we provide and the staff we hire. We place an extremely high value on our staff to be consistent about showing up on time with all of the required supplies. Doing so allows for the event to happen as smoothly as possible.

CEO
Jared assumed the role of CEO at CHA in 2022, driving the company’s mission to elevate on-site wellness programs and services for clients, their employees, and broader communities. With CHA since 2007, he has held diverse roles, contributing extensively to the organization’s growth and success.

Project Manager/Founder
Mike, the founder of CHA, stepped back from daily operations in 2022 but remains a vital resource for the company. He continues to contribute to the organization he established, leveraging his extensive experience to support CHA’s ongoing success.

Office Manager
Valerie joined CHA in 2021, initially supporting on-site events before transitioning to the office in 2022. Promoted to Office Manager in August 2023, she plays a key role in daily operations, contributing significantly to CHA’s ongoing success and growth.
