Flu Vaccination Program

Our 2026 pricing has now been finalized (effective July 7, 2026). 

This year we’re delivering even greater value through a major program upgrade: in-network insurance billing. Employers can expect projected savings of 60–100% for in-network insured employees compared to out-of-network or cash prices.

We began the credentialing process earlier this year and have applied to all major insurance companies operating in California. We anticipate being credentialed with the vast majority of carriers in time for the upcoming flu season. 

HOW IT WORKS:

1. CHA will differentiate between participants who present a valid in-network health insurance plan and whose who do not.

2. Those who have valid in-network insurance, CHA will charge a lower and tiered insurance-billing price. Those who have out-of-network insurance or no insurance, CHA will charge a cash price.

3. CHA will send you a detailed report after the event with the invoice detailing the charges.
