Free Sample for HR Representatives:

Upon request, up to 3 HR Representatives per company can experience the Anxiety Mental Health Screening firsthand by requesting the link here .
Assessment Window: Each client chooses a week for their employees to take the assessment.
Service Includes:
- HR Representatives will receive:
  - An introductory email template for employee communication.
  - A recommended email schedule for participant engagement.
  - A company-specific Clovi registration link with a unique Group ID Code (HIPAA-compliant).
  - A detailed recommendation report for addressing workplace anxiety ( Link to A Sample Recommendation Report )
  - A list of the participant’s names (no other information due to HIPAA requirements) after the assessment window closes.
- Participants will receive:
  - A HIPAA-compliant email via Clovi within hours (on business days) that contains a link to log into their account to view their results PDF. This PDF includes their score, symptom insights, and resources dependent on the score.
