WHO WE ARE

Clinical Health Appraisals (CHA) is a Wellness in the Workplace company. Our goal is to guide the owners of small businesses and HR teams to improve their company’s culture by bringing CHA on-site and investing in their employees’ health and wellness.

WHAT WE DO

CHA provides On-Site Biometric Screenings, Flu Vaccination Programs, Health and Wellness Educational Seminars and Mental Health Assessments to increase health, reduce turnover and increase productivity of their employees.

OUR VISION

CHA will be the best provider of a solution-based Wellness Program in California. We will serve large and small businesses, hoping to serve and educate all types of people (from the CEO to the entry-level employee) to live a healthy lifestyle.

CHA values consistency in the services we provide and the staff we hire. We place an extremely high value on our staff to be consistent about showing up on time with all of the required supplies. Doing so allows for the event to happen as smoothly as possible.

Since we go to the company's workplace, and no two workplaces are the same, it is important for our staff to be adaptable to every circumstance. We will make whatever space we are provided work for us. We look for staff who can be flexible and adapt to different circumstances and environments.

Jared assumed the role of CEO at CHA in 2022, driving the company’s mission to elevate on-site wellness programs and services for clients, their employees, and broader communities. With CHA since 2007, he has held diverse roles, contributing extensively to the organization’s growth and success.

Mike, the founder of CHA, stepped back from daily operations in 2022 but remains a vital resource for the company. He continues to contribute to the organization he established, leveraging his extensive experience to support CHA’s ongoing success.

Valerie joined CHA in 2021, initially supporting on-site events before transitioning to the office in 2022. Promoted to Office Manager in August 2023, she plays a key role in daily operations, contributing significantly to CHA’s ongoing success and growth.

CHA utilizes a variety of professionals with medical experience and wisdom to provide the highest quality service for the corporate workplace. Among our staff are Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Phlebotomists, Health Educators, Nutritionists, and Certified Massage Therapists. Our team actively promotes employee health screenings and flu vaccination programs, conveying the message of healthy living while striving to achieve it in their everyday lives. They are highly personable, and their ability to relate with everyone from field laborers to executives makes them our most valuable resource. Additionally, our workplace wellness seminars enhance the overall health culture within organizations.
