On-Site Biometric Screening Programs

This screening assesses critical health markers like elevated cholesterol, high blood pressure, excessive body fat, and early diabetes indicators. Employees receive a personalized report of their numbers, and if anything is out of range, our team provides encouragement and tips for healthier living, suggesting a visit to their doctor if needed. These metrics are vital for tracking overall wellness.

Service Duration : 

• 3–7 hours, depending on the committed participant minimum.

Included Services:  

• Optional online scheduling with tablet-based biometric screenings
  (paper-based screenings incur an additional fee)
• Point-of-care testing with results reviewed within minutes.
• Optional Tablet-based Health Risk Assessments (HRA) and biometrics with immediate electronic reporting through email. 
• Aggregate Report
  (included for tablet-based programs; additional fee for paper-based).

Optional Upgrades:

• Silver and Gold Plans: Add HbA1c for $33 additional per participant
  (minimum of 40% of estimated number) 

Analysis Report of the Included Aggregate Report for $80/hour for 2 minimum hours.

Discounts: Prices listed are before discounts from the Year-Long Wellness Program (if qualified).

There is no charge for travel within 125 miles one-way of Sacramento.

Costs for travel over 125 miles will be given upon price quote.
